The Swiss Naturist Association SNU-UNS is the umbrella organisation of the Swiss naturist associations.
We promote the spread of naturism, support the clubs and the sites in Switzerland.
The SNU-UNS is affiliated to the International Naturist Federation INF.

Naturism is a way of life. It determines a healthy attitude towards oneself and towards community nudity.
It also combines self-esteem and respect for those who think differently.
Swiss naturist clubs and sites offer a wide range of leisure and holiday activities,
They are open to families and individuals in a harmonious environment close to nature.

WHY SHOULD I BE NAKED AMONG OTHER PEOPLE?
I find it pleasant when I can move freely among like-minded people. My appearance doesn't matter. The contact at eye level is important and correct.
IS NATURISM HARMFUL TO CHILDREN?
No, children feel most comfortable until puberty when they can behave like everyone else. Puberty must be treated with respect in order for the naked transition into adult life to be successful. Growing up naturally in the family is a good prerequisite!
SHAME IS A NATURAL FEELING
Everyone has their own natural sense of shame and experiences this in naturism no differently than in normal life at home, at school, in a club, etc.
NUDITY AND SEXUALITY
Sexuality begins in the mind, so don't study too much, but live naked and naturally among the different ages . The nudity can lead you and your partner to completely new feelings, which you can discover in your protected privacy. Feelings of well-being are not only reserved to couples.
WHAT IF I HAVE MY PERIOD?
Please experience naturism as usual and use the common invisible hygiene aids. If you are unsure, just ask your naturist friends. Simple tips will help you to enjoy the nudity even on those days.
WHAT IF A MAN GETS AROUSED ?
It's quite natural for men who only know nudity from the bedroom. If excitement arises from naturism, distract yourself or tan your back.
BEING NAKED IN THE COLD?
Weather permitting, we live naked on our premises. Everyone has their own limits as to when to dress so as not to freeze.

HOW DO I RECOGNISE A NATURIST?
We always sit naked on our own bath towels.
We introduce ourselves by first names.
Respect and tolerance are a priority of course.
We change discreetly.
We do not take any photos, videos etc. outside.
Sun protection is important on all parts of the body.
WHAT IF I KNOW SOMEONE ON THE SITE?
Remember that you are meeting a like-minded person and that you will both be happy if this experience remains your trusted secret. Discretion is our top priority in naturism!
